AMAZING!!! Made this for Mother's day yesterday and even those who don't really like lasagna ate every bite! They loved it, and I loved it! So Cheesy and delish, glad I used all the cheeses that it called for, I think they combination of them makes it so good rather than each one on its own. Pretty easy to make too!

The cream cheese is the supreme touch for this dish. Almost didn't use it, so glad I did! The first warm bite of that creamy cheese hitting your palate was a memory I don't want to forget. Make this!

Hands down this was the best lasagna I have ever tasted! My husband loved it as well. For sure this is my new lasagna recipe. Thanks Paula:-

I couldn't wait to try this recipe for our Christmas party with our families. It just didn't seem to be a hit. Our college age grandchildren said they thought Stouffers was better. I followed the recipe exactly and made no changes to it. The gruyere cheese I think was the ingredient that left a bad taste in everyones opinion. It has such a smokey taste that you taste the smoke for several days. The sauce was thin and I should have added the cornstarch as was suggested. But even getting by the runny sauce, it just wasn't a hit with my family. Normally I love all of Paula's recipes, but this just wasn't a hit.

Wow. I have made many a lasagne in my life including but not limited to Moosewood Cookbook's vegetarian, Paula Dean's Lots of Meat, others that I have received the recipes through the foodnetwork and also my own silly versions of making it up as I go along....This is the best lasagne that I have ever had or ever made!! Ha Ha! Yay! I made this last night for my boyfriend and his teenage son..Wow, we LOVED IT! I have been to the Lady & Sons restaurant in Savanah and I just loved that too! Paula, I can not thank you enough for sharing this with all of us! I will make this again for a larger group but wanted to test it with the men first. You hit a home run. I followed the directions to the t. You are a gem and love yall! From HR in Pittsburgh!

I have had this recipe for a while now. I love this lasagna and its the only lasagna recipe that I use. I'm asked all the time to make this when we have a pot-luck at work.

This is my standby lasanga recipe for the 6 year old picky eater in my house. He loves it, and so has anyone else I have ever made it for. Just a few shortcuts. Rather than messing with making sauce from scratch, I use Meir Glen jarred sauce with hamburger that has been cooked with onions, garlic and tomato paste. Throw in a couple bay leaves, simmer and presto, you have sauce that tastes homemade. I also buy cheese from the deli counter and/or will pick up the gruyere from costco in bulk. Way more affordable that way....Enjoy peeps!
