This salmon recipe is really good, even with the runny sace. After 10 mins the sauce did not thicken and since I was in a rush i could not let it sit on the stove any longer. I love balsamic vinegar so even though the sauce was runny it was really tastey.

I am only half ashamed to admit that the first time I made this I ate almost 3/4 IB salmon on my own. I made it early and put the left overs in the Fridge but kept going back to pick at them, it was that good.

Prepped the salmon and glaze in less than 10 minutes. Very tasty. The key is not to over cook the salmon. The Glaze was a bit sweet but my kids loved it. Served with a side of steamed broccoli and zuchini and drizzled the glaze over them as well.

Normally I am hesitate about preparing fish at home. I purchased frozen salmon from Costcos and need a recipe. This was quick, easy and relatively healthy. My husband thought it was a nice change.

My husband and I both enjoyed this meal. It was healthy, tasty and well balanced. The only problem I encountered was when my glaze never thickened even though I followed the directions exactly. Instead, we had runny liquid on our salmon. Maybe I should've allowed the sauce to boil longer before reducing....?

My daughter made this for a dinner she made for our family. It was wonderful. We have salmon avalible to us and often have some in the freezer. It was great to find a tasty recipe that was out of the norm.

Wonderful recipe! For my first time with fish this was a great recipe. Actually came in at about 30 mins. I added thin slices of half a red pepper with green beans for a little color and sweetness. My glaze also did not thicken like others have mentioned so I'll be experiementing with that. I didn't see this show so I cooked fillets skin side up first and then flipped over.
