First I must say I have never liked Salmon. After this ....Loved it! It took 30 mins for the glaze to get thick, then I took it off the stove and it got very hard!(I thought it was ruined.I put it back on the stove and it softed right up! I only put the glaze on half of the fish. It was so good!!! I wish I had done the whole fish. Word of caution...The glaze gets very hard so wipe any spills as soon as possible...enjoy!PS the glaze taste like a very sweet BBQ sauce.

This is a really easy to make salmon recipe, especially if you are in a hurry. The sauce - I used a little more juice and a little less vinegar than suggested. It did take me a longer time to cook the glaze and for the sauce to thicken up.
I liked the sauce okay, but it was not as tasty as I expected it to be.
But for the time I used to make it, I thought it was not too bad

The glaze was delicious. I served it with white rice and the glaze just blended perfectly.

    The sauce takes more than
3 minutes to reduce and had a strong
vinager flavor. I like the flavor of
vinager but it didn't compliment the salmon. I won't make it again.

Super easy to make....and my boyfriend is thrilled with my new hobby. (Cooking with Rachel Ray. The sauce didn't turn out the way it was suppose to, but it was still great. Wasn't thick enough.

Very good--but make sure you really let that glaze thicken, it reduces the "vinegary" taste.

We love salmon and I was looking for something different to try using balsamic vinegar. This looked interesting. Well... it is now our favorite way to prepare salmon. So easy and so delicious!

Found this recipe in Rachel's cookbook and made it for my Dad and Husband on Father's Day along with the green beans and almond/orange salad. I did grill the salmon with a orange juice wash instead of pan seared. Big raves all around and so simple to prepare.
