    I am NOT a baker, but this turned out SO moist and delicious (I omitted the coconut as well as I am not a big fan! I will make it again and again. It is much better than any homemade or boxed cake mix I have made or tasted! It even tastes great w/o icing! THANK YOU!!!

    This cake is so good...I tried so many recipies with no success and horrible outcomes, this is a winner!
    I did'nt use coconut, becuase I didn't have at the time... still the flavor is great. I used a little of nutmeg or sometimes lemon zest and the texture is just perfect don't miss the coconut at all. the most important... is so easy to make!
