I hate to be negative since almost everybody else loved this. I think it is just okay because, to me, there is way too much vinegar. I couldn't taste anything else. I think next time I do this recipe I will do like some others and add Dijon mustard to the vinegar instead of mustard seeds. I couldn't even taste the mustard seeds. I think with a little personal modifications I could really like this dish.

This is very easy to make and is wonderful tasting. I added a diced granny smith apple and had very little left over. Thank you, Rachael!

It is great! Like I grew up with. But of course, it's from Rachael Ray.

Great red cabbage recipe. Use 2 T. granulated Splenda, (not heaping, and it is a perfect dish for anyone with health issues. Perfect for a diet. I served it with grilled pork chops, seasoned black beans, and a cucumber and tomato salad. Yummy!

It was just too sweet for me. I ended up adding a little salt to cut the sugar and it was ok, but I think next time i'll do what someone else suggested and either just saute is like regular or cut the sugar.

Did this without mustard seed as I forgot to put it in. Really nice with a grilled pork chop - no fuss and would keep it handy for the net time I have cabbage.

One of those nights I needed dinner quick. Improvised with green cabbage and mustard powder and threw in some caraway seeds for good measure. Served with cheese kielbasa and boiled potatos with parsley and butter. It was like Das Fest House in less than 30 minutes!
