Best homemade pizza dough I've tried. It stretches nicely and makes a great thin crust pizza.

This dough cooked up like a dream. I agree with some of the other reviewers....if you make sure you use Kosher Salt and not regular salt it is perfectly seasoned...not too salty at all :

After trying a few others, this is now our "go-to" recipe for simple white pizza dough/crust. It's so easy to make. We like to roll it out very thinly, & this dough does that beautifully, creating a super thin, crispy, cracker-y crust on our pizza stones. This batch actually gives us 5-6 individual-size thin pizzas. We divide it & wrap & freeze the other portions. Tips: Just 1 tsp. of salt is plenty - I wonder if the 1 tblsp. is a typo. Add just UNDER 3 c. of flour, otherwise the dough gets too dry & a little more water has to be added. And bake at only 425 to keep crust from baking/browning too fast. Enjoy!

This is our "Go To" recipe for pizza dough - it's super easy, and very tasty! We typically like making Margherita pizza's and it's a great recipe for a thin crust, crispy round of yumminess!

You can do any toppings on this - just make sure to roll it out super thin if you like thin crust!

We've shared this recipe with lots of our friends as it's easy, yummy and fun!

best pizza dough recipe i have ever made-I used entire recipe for 1 pizza-great crust. Used a pizza stone preheated per recipe-I am thinking of doubling this recipe and make a loaf of bread.

delish....Thank you again Tyler.. but follow recipe as written and use kosher salt. my family and I agree it is the best pizza ever and I know it has a little more nutritional punch by substituting one third of the flour whole wheat.

finally found a great pizza dough recipe - I roll it thin and it crisps up nicely. I subsitute bread flour for the 00 flour- still turns out great
