Wonderful recipe! Very big hit with all of my guests. I read a lot of reviews where the topping wouldn't stick to the nuts. I left the nuts on the hot baking sheet and poured on the butter, then the sugar rosemary mixture and tossed with tongs. The hot sheet melted the sugar and everything stuck on perfectly. Delicious!! Thank you Ina!

These nuts certainly are tasty. CAUTION: if you follow the recipe in Ina's Barefoot in Paris Cookbook for these nuts there is a typo.....the book calls for 1 Tablespoon of Kosher salt..yikes! The on line recipe is correct calling for 2 tsp of salt. Big Difference! Enjoy....

OMG! These are good! Highly addictive. I made them as an appetizer for our wine tasting dinner party and everyone loved them. Thanks Ina, your recipes never fail me. You're the best.
To: Stomy 100- you actually have to like rosemary because the amount indicated is perfect.

I am not impressed. Glad I halved the recipe. Too much rosemary.

Have been making these goodies for years. Made for friend's memorial service and everyone went "nuts". On vacation to Atlanta, so I took nuts to family and friends. Gave as gifts and my cooking buddy gave as gifts to others. Now approx. 10 more folks want the recipe. It's a keeper. Thank you, Ina. You are the best!!!

I saw Giada on "The Best Thing I Ever Ate" and she was featuring the nuts from the Union Square Cafe Bar. I thought... "wouldn't that recipe be good made with all cashews?" and have been doing it ever since... Great minds...

Delicious and so easy to make! I cut back on the salt just a little bit, but otherwise, perfect! They are fantastic warm, but the flavor is just as good once they are room temperature. I made a batch of them and my husband and I ate them all week long as a snack.

I make these regularly, and they are ALWAYS a hit! I have lots of people request I bring them to parties. Wonderful, and such a good use of my huge rosemary bush in the back yard. Love 'Em Ina!

Ina, you are a genius! I made these for a gourmet group and people could not stop eating them. We almost didn't have enough room when the "real" food was ready to be served.
