    These Hoecakes are so tasty.YUMMY! Vey
    easy to make.I didn't have Aunt Jemima
    cornmeal mix.I used Ballard cornmeal mix
    instead.I will make these alot.My husband
    loved 'em.

    This recipe is like many of Paula's other recipes, great and so easy to fix. I love her southern favorites! Most are like going home for me!
