This meal is VERY easy to make. My kids enjoy it. There was hardly any leftovers because it is JUST that good. I made it tonight, and I'm glad I did. 2 thumbs up!!

Family loves this pie! I modified it a little by using Rotel tomatoes and chilies then when serving I placed a slice of avocado and dollop of sour cream on top of each slice. MMMMM..YUMMEE! This will be a regular around our house.

Simple and fantastic. We make it with frozen corn - we make two because it tastes even better the second day.

My family loved this recipe. I too added black beans and used fresh sauteed onions and peppers. Simple and delicious. I'll definitely keep this one.

My family and I did not like this recipe at all. Threw half of it in the trash.

I've been making this for years & everyone seems to really love it! For my husband, I have to puree the bell pepper/onion mix (after cooking & omit the corn--he's a VERY picky eater, but it is still delicious! The first time I pureed the pepper/onion mixture, I doubted it would be very good, but it actually turned out great! Friends that don't like onions even like this recipe : I also make it healthier by only using one pie crust (on the top & use reduced-fat mexican blend cheese.

This was so tasty--I will certainly make it again! I did make a few small changes: Replaced ground beef with ground turkey breast, replaced garlic powder with a garlic clove, and added a can of black beans. Delish!

I love this, been making it since the show aired. Making it tonight too. I use fresh veggies. Once I decided to add extra of all the veggies but it came out somewhat bland so I stick to the recipe now. I probably should have added more taco seasoning and salsa at the time but hey.....
I get cravings for this. Seriously. I've also passed the recipe on to co-workers. If you have kids, you have to try this. It's definitely a great kids meal especially if you have picky eaters. Pie for dinner? They love that!
