This recipe is outstanding on several levels. It doesn't use outrageously expensive ingredients, most you probably already have on hand, it is quick and easy to prepare, and it tastes wonderful. I put sour cream, and sliced avocado and tomato on the side and we were good to go. I'm so glad I found it.

This pot pie recipe was so simple to do! I didn't expect the results to be as good as it was. My boyfriend & I together ate 1/2 of it!!!! A little time consuming (very little, but worth the wait!

This is very good! The kids raved about this and asked that I make this again! I may try to cut my own peppers and onions next time as the peppers and onions in the frozen bag are cut large.

This dish was easy to make and very hearty. The flavorings were pleasing and it is a dish that I will certainly make again.

A definite keeper! I always follow a recipe exactly the first time...it was incredible! Next time, I'll try fresh onions & peppers and add a bit more spice with some cayenne pepper or hot sauce. I also want to try making individual mini-pies as well!
