I added an extra jalapeno and we used Sirloin Steak. But everything else was exactly as the recipe is stated. This is a awesome meal and a very easy and fairly quick meal which appeals to my wife and I as we both work a decent amount of hours. Match this together with your favorite side (we prefer garlic mashers and a vegetable and this turns into a great meal. Also you can double or triple the chimichurri sauce recipe and have it ready to use for future use.

Being in law enforcement, my peers are very critical and opinionated about what I fix. My squad loved this recipe. I have also fixed this Chimichurri Sauce with a few more chilis and chopped fresh mint. I then pour this over a nice grilled leg of lamb.

As a native of Argentina, please, please, no jalapeno peppers! We use the italian pepper flakes Italians call "pepperoncini"

    The meat recipe was perfect!

Very easy recipe that works as well with salmon as it does with skirt steak. Even better, the chimichurri sauce is about the best potato topper you'll ever have. Expect no leftovers, though if you dine alone often the sauce freezes nicely.

I have made this chimichurri sauce so many times, I don't know why I didn't rate it sooner. It is delicious and I use it on all kinds of meat and poultry.

I made this during a recent cook out I had and it was a hit. Before I knew it, my guests were using the chimichurri to dip bread and other meats. They loved it. Thanks.
