    This is honestly an amazing sandwich!! I made it for dinner last night and my boyfriend said it's the best sandwich he's ever had! If you can find it, make sure you get Saga blue cheese like the recipe calls for - its a blue brie, and is mild and super melty and delicious! It really makes this sandwich (along with the onions...yum!.
