So simple ingredients& little time yet amazing flavor. We had Saturday dinner home with 20+ year old daughters & grilled outdoors, served with penne pesto & asparagus, better and a lot less$ than our dinner out the night before

On a whim I bought some fresh Swordfish from Whole Foods. Never made it before, but I knew exactly who I could turn to- Giada! And she did not disappoint. This was fresh, flavorful and delicious. Made exactly as recipe was written- perfecto! Thanks Giada!

I agree with all of the other readers- great recipe! I did follow one suggestion and add white wine and marinate for a while (15 minutes- the flavors were incredible- can't wait to make again and I would even marinate longer- an hour or so!

I didnt have fresh basil as this was a last minute decision. So I used a tsp. of dried basil and added two tablespoons of fresh ginger finely diced. It was excellent. Every ingredient could be detected and the EVOO was a perfect partner for the swordfish. The bride gave me two thumbs up, to use and old expression.

Perfectly simple! I was in a hurry and was worried that I might have needed more time to marinade this...but you don't! You can still taste the fish and the seasoning just accentuates the flavor...I added a small foil pouch with some applewood chips to my gas grill for some more added flavor. My wife and I loved this recipe...it's a keeper...thanks Giada!

A simple recipe but with an amazing combination of ingredients. In my case, I mix oil with herbs and marinate the fish 2 hours before cooking. In my version, I decided to add the zest of one lemon and 1 / 2 cup white wine to the marinade. I decided to change the fish. I used tilapia fillets instead of swordfish.

HOW CAN SOMETHING SO SIMPLE BE SO DELICIOUS? I PICKED THIS RECIPE BECAUSE IT WAS MY HUSBAND'S NIGHT TO COOK SO I WANTED SOMETHING EASY FOR HIM. I READ ALL THE REVIEWS BUT I STILL DIDN'T THINK IT COULD BE THAT GOOD WITH SO FEW INGREDIENTS. WRONG! I PAIRED THIS WITH PAULA DEEN'S "GARLIC GRILLED TOMATOES" WHICH ARE ALSO SUPER DELISH.
UPDATE: I MADE KABOBS AND SMOKED THE SWORDFISH ON THE BIG GREEN EGG. GOD - HOLD ONTO YOUR HATS. ABSOLUTELY DIVINE.
