for those who seem to want to rate without trying it or for the simple fact they cannot seem to stomach the thought of gator ought to be ashamed of themselves! You are detouring another with your low rating from another who may want to try it and wouldnt because of your narrow mind. Gator is very good... comparable to pork.

Although alligator is not something we include in our everyday diet, it is very tasty. This rating is for the sauces they've paired with it which are particulary good. As for Marlin from VA Beach, I believe they are referring to the ingredients, such as the kalamata olives and tomatoes, as "mediteranean" and not the alligator itself. Even an "academically challenged rocket scientist" would know this.

What academically challenged rocket scientist came up with this recipe name. 'Last I checked, alligators were strictly indigenous to the Southern United States. I've been to several countries all over the Mediteranean on numerous occassions and never once have I seen nor heard of any alligators over there.
