I love this recipe. The flavours of the Italian ham, spinach with garlic and the cheese go together fantastically. I've made this one time, and I'm ready to make it 20 more times, it's so good.

The pork chops were very juicey and really absorbed the flavors from the stuffing.

After watching this on TV, I decided to give it a try and am so glad I did! I prepared 4 chops, cooked 2 of them for dinner and froze the other 2 for another meal. Great and impressive meal to serve guests. Delicious!

We enjoyed this recipe but the cook time was much longer than 15 min

I made these at the last minute; I'd been carrying the recipe around in my purse because it looked interesting. I stopped by the store to get ingredients, came home and quickly put these together while talking on the phone.

You would have thought I'd spent all day on these pork chops. My friends and family raved about them and some took home leftovers! I followed the recipe exactly and would not change a thing.

Followed this real close and it came out great. I cheated and pinned 'em with toothpicks to try and keep more goodies inside. Glad I did. Flavors were so good my teen even liked it.

I HAVE MADE THESE TWICE, AND THEY ARE VERY TASTY. BUT, BOTH TIMES I HAD TO COOK LONGER THAN INDICATED. PERHAPS MY CHOPS WERE EXTRA THICK. WILL MAKE AGAIN!

I love this simple recipe, but I usually add ricotta to the stuffing to cheese it up a bit.
