Incredible...might be my favorite food! Get rave reviews every time we take it to a party. We use 2 lbs of shrimp, and cook them in the same liquid in two batches (1 lb at a time. Also, you could probably half the cocktail sauce. Serve over a bed of parsley with lemon wedges. Delicious!

Am I an idiot? What should I do with the tablespoon of kosher salt (for the shrimp? Does it go into the court bouillon along with the shrimp?

Great flavor! The subtle flavors really enhanced the flavor of the shrimp. Super easy and definitely worth the little bit of extra time. Can make these ahead so your guest can enjoy them while you finish preparing dinner!!
