Annoying that the measurements are in ounces and pounds, instead of teaspoons and cups... Had to race around at the last minute to find conversion tables!

Chef Jamie has a Great Pizza Recipe. Saw the show originally and Very effective and effortless. While Chef talked,recipe being prepared. My Mother Loved watching Foodnetwork.Great to share with Her. By the way, "black sausage" is aka "blood sausages". Tasty,yet not readily available in USA.Still, w/this left out, Terrific Chef Jamie!Taste so good for any Meal.Loved It!Black sausage cooked with animals blood in mix. Ghoulish,yet not repulsive in recipe.

I am new to the cooking world (tendency to burn, but this recipe was easy and wonderfully delicious. I have made a little different version of it every night this week. A+ for Oliver's recipe.
