I made this when I had guests over. Its delicious and everyone loved it. One tip tough.... it is a little heavy so serve a little portion of the panna cotta with lots of berries. I am glad it does not have too much sugar, the honey tastes great in this dessert as it is not overly sweet. Its just right.

I live in a very Italian neighborhood in Brooklyn and order the panna cotta every time I go to the local pizzeria. I love it so much that I wanted to make it for my friends for our New Years Eve party. So naturally, I went straight to Giada for the recipe but am sad to report that the honey overpowered the soft creaminess of the panna cotta. It was a disappointment for me. The panna cotta at my local pizzeria is ten times better. Nonetheless, was very easy to make and if you like honey then go for it. Still love Giada!

This recipe was also a hit at our office Holiday Breakfast. I followed the recipe as is, then made macerated berries for topping. Thanks Giada!

I tried this recipe 4 years ago for Christmas.I was soooo excited after trying it at a local restaurant that I wanted my entire family to try it. It didnt go over well. Although I followed the recipe to a T, it never set. I kept it over night and it still didnt set. Sadly, I threw it all away. Before i did, I tried it..... it tasted AMAZING!
This year, I want to try again! I dying to get that yummy honey flavor. This time I will use 2 packets of gelitine! YUM YUM!

I make this every Thanksgiving and it's always a hit. Everyone loves it - even those who "don't like sweets."

WAY too heavy on the honey. It's the only thing I could taste. This wouldn't be a bad recipe if the honey were replaced with 5 tbsp of sugar.
I had to throw this batch out. It was barely palatable.

i think it was a good recipe...really easy dessert, but it had a strong honey flavor for me...i don't know if it was the type of honey i used. All in all a great recipe next time i'll flavor it with espresso powder instead of honey and just add a bit more sugar!

Followed directions, looked great, put in champaagne glasses, tasted good. Noticed bottom of glass had a gel- like substance-Don't know what went wrong. Taste was great, but bottom milky white in color. Will try again.

I have made this dessert several times when we have had company for dinner, and it has always been a hit. The dish is so quick and easy to put together, and it looks so elegant in my wine glasses. The fresh berries on top are a wonderful bonus. We will definitely continue to make this!
