I have made this dessert several times when we have had company for dinner, and it has always been a hit. The dish is so quick and easy to put together, and it looks so elegant in my wine glasses. The fresh berries on top are a wonderful bonus. We will definitely continue to make this!

Giada is such an excellent cook. I love her recipes and this one is no different. I didn't even know what panna cotta was until I saw it on a cooking show. I looked to see if Giada had a recipe and here I am fixing this weekly. The taste is superb. This recipe does not disappoint.

First time I've ever made panna cotta and it will be my go to dessert from now on. Super Easy!! I did add a half a vaniila bean to the milk when I put it on the stove and then strained the mixture before pouring it into glasses. Perfection!!

My entire family agrees that this panna cotta recipe is wonderful. It was fresh and light. The perfect dessert compliment to the denser, more filling lasagna I made for dinner. I made a balsamic strawberry puree sauce to go on top, and the flavors balanced beautifully.

I made this as an end to a big Italian dinner. My guests loved it, but I wasn't a fan. I let it set for a little more than 6 hours and it seemed done. I tried the extra one the next day and it was a better consistency and I actually thought it tasted better. I would recommend letting it sit overnight. For me, this is not a repeat recipe.

My husband said this is the single best dessert he's ever tasted. It is incredible. I macerated strawberries and blueberries in sugar for about an hour and served on top. It is SO rich, though, that I will use smaller wine glasses next time--recipe should serve about 6!

Excellent, everyone loved it. Before you put it in the fridge, put plastic wrap over each cup, making the plastic wrap touch the pudding and extending over the side. This eliminates the film on top. Make sure to take it out of the fridge at least 10 min. prior to serving.

5 stars for a delicious outcome, and the fact that it is VERY fast and easy to make is an added bonus! Perfect make-ahead dessert for entertaining. Smooth & creamy texture, just the right thickness (not too gelatinous, and not too cloying--the honey sweetness is sublime. I topped half of mine with a homemade raspberry sauce and the other half with the Barefoot Contessa?s recipe for Balsamic Strawberries (the ingredients may sound a little strange, but it is a surprisingly tasty and elegant compliment to panna cotta: 1 C fresh sliced strawberries, 1 T sugar, 1.5 t balsamic vinegar, and dash fresh ground pepper--both toppings were delicious. I highly recommend this fool-proof panna cotta recipe.
