This was extremely simple to make. It was a nice compliment to the berries. Very flavorful. I will definitely make this one again.

This was so easy to make and very impressive to guests. I made this for my entire family during the holidays. They thought it was so gourmet! I put berries on top with a sprig of mint in each dessert cup. I love the honey flavor instead of sweetening with sugar. I didn't have enough regular honey, so I ended up using Blueberry flavored/infused honey. It actually made it taste so much better because it complimented the fresh berries without too much berry flavor. Thanks, Giada!

This is a great dessert after a really flavorful or heavy meal. It was a bit heavier than I thought it would be. I used strawberries and a bit of sugar as the topping.
It was wonderful for Valentine's Day!

If you like sweet and creamy you'll love this. I shifted the ratio of pannacotta to blueberries to lessen the sweetness and it was perfect after a light meal, as a late afternoon treat, or amidst a sunday brunch.

I've had panna cotta many times, but this was my first time making it. It was so easy to make! You can definitely taste the honey in this version. It was very good, but I think I'd prefer to have a berry sauce over it rather than the fresh berries.

If you follow the recipe to a T, it will come out perfect. It was so unbelievably creamy and silky smoothe. I added blueberries and raspberries on top. You could really play around with this and add all sorts of little touches to make it your own. I served this to guests and everyone enjoyed it. The best part of all was the gorgeous presentation it makes. This is such a beautiful dessert. I served it in my mother and father's old china stemware--the old wide-set champagne glasses and it was breathtaking just to look at. Perfect for dinner parties, especially since you can make it the night before. Thanks Giada!

Creamy and not too sweet, it goes sooo well with berries. I know there's a way to prevent the layer of skin from forming on top but can't remember...anyway, it didn't stop me from eating 3 servings
