I just had a question actually:
Do we really leave the skin on the squash? What does that taste like?

The recipe clearly states to leave the skin on the squash, and later doesn't say to peel it. The skin on a butternut squash-all winter squashes for that matter- is too tough to eat, so PLEASE peel it before cooking.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a good squash recipe one night and decided to try this. Everything turned out absolutely delicious. The spices gave the galette such an amazing aroma! We made two smaller galettes and used blue cheese on one/goat cheese on the other - both turned out equally great! The recipe is fairly simple to make and it comes out seeming like a very sophisticated dish!

    Fantastic, will definitely make again!

The ingrediants listed 2 tsb of mustard. But I did not find where to add it when I read the directions. Im assuning it goes in the mix of squash and apples.
