    Canned chicken and canned baby corn. My MIL made this for lunch and even she had to admit it was vile.

    I have made this salad quite a few times now and it is so yummy. I got the recipie from her cookbook before ever seeing it on the show. I sometimes add a little honey to the dressing, which I like...but yummy as is...quick and easy to make, its a keeper in this household!

    This is such an easy and quick meal to prepare...its filling, got great flavor, and now my husband craves it... If you have a significant other who doesn't like veggies, but likes chinese food, this one will win them over... I've also had to use pineapples instead of mandarin oranges in a pinch, and it works wonderfully...

    Nice salad. The only thing I did differently was to use Rotisserie chicken instead of canned, since I don't like canned. Delish!

    It was bad -- especially the canned veggies. Mushy and metallic. I bet it would taste better with fresh ingredients.
