this was so easy to make, and delicious! since i cook for just one or two people, i had enough to last me a few days. it has been warming me up on these cold winter days. i recommended it to all of my friends and family.

Was an easy receipe and my family enjoyed. I added garlic, just because I thought it could use a little more flavor. Glad I did. Good for cold fall and winter nights with a loaf of crusty bread and a good red wine.

I love to cook dishes that are delicious and easy to make. This recipe was exactly that! I used dried seasonings since I didn't have fresh basil on hand (next time I'll do it that way. I would suggest eating it over rice. Adding kidney beans to the stew was especially good too. I will be enjoying it for the next few days!
