This sounded good to begin with, but I didn't expect it to be as wonderful as it was. My family loved it and just gobbled it up. And it couldn't be easier to make. I will definitely make this again and again!

I thought that this recipe would be fairly easy from seeing it on the show. However, it was not easy at all, and after all that work, I wasn't very impressed with it.

I needed something quick for supper tonight and chose this because I already had everything the recipe called for. I have a large family, so I doubled the tomatoes, chicken broth and beans. I also substituted great northern for kidney because white beans were all I had. The stew turned out great! Everybody gobbled it up and was sopping up the last of the soup in their bowls with bread. This was quick and extremely easy, and it hit the spot on this chilly evening. I will definitely make this again.

First time using one of Giada's recipe and it was a winner. My husband and I like the taste of the broth and the use of the kidney beans as well as the vegetables! I used boneless chicken tenders instead of boned chicken breasts. This was a delicious/easy meal on fall evening with crusty bread!

I have made this several times and have shared it with friends. It took a bit longer to prepare than stated in the recipe, but well worth it.
