    So Easy and sooooo good!! Try putting oven roasted garlic into regular mashed potatoes, you will be amazed! I have used this recipe many times for many different dishes.

    It tasted good - warning - the recipe yields A LOT of garlic!! It is necessary to find the proper sized container to roast the garlic (I didn't have one It did taste great on bread!
