Easy and tasty!.. I was skeptical about cauliflower and lemon combination, but it was surprisingly good.

We loved this so much that my 4-year-old son requested it for his birthday dinner. The combination of lemon, garlic, and cheese is just too good. And the garlic is wonderfully browned and sweet.

This recipe was a good side dish. It's very heavy on the pepper and garlic, so you may want to use less according to your taste. I also sauteed the cauliflower instead of baking it and it was still delicious. The chives were a great addition.

I was extremely surprised...Great Low-Carb option. This was soooo yummy...Didn't realize cauliflower could be so good. Added some dried Italian seasoning herbs to kick it up a notch!

Amazing! I recommend that Kosher salt be used (I imagine it would be far too salty if a whole tsp. of regular table salt was used. I used only 1 Tbsp. of the grated Parmesan. My husband actually asked me "How did you make this cauliflower taste so good?" Wow - I want to make this again tomorrow night!

I thought this had a superb flavor..it'll make anyone like cauliflower! I would make this again. I think next time I'll take the tip of covering it w/ foil so that it can soak up those juices a little more.
