This is the best caramel corn recipe I've ever made (and I've tried plenty! When I made my first batch, everyone loved it so much I had to make another the next night. It's sweet, crunchy and delicious!

    DELICIOUS!!
I make this for holidays and kid parties! I sub brown rice syrup for the corn syrup and add some extra popcorn and pecans.

I knew I shouldn't have made this but did anyway because I just couldn't shake the craving for caramel corn. It is very good, but in my opinion it is not "wonderful" and certainly not "as good as Garretts". Which is a good thing because by my calculations the syrup mixture is no less than 4000 calories. It's a cruel cruel (delicious thing.

I made this last night for the first time and it was WONDERFUL so easy to make...the hardest part is the waiting on it to cool off enough to eat...

So Yummy! I usually use a different recipe, but today I couldn't find it. Lucky me! This is so buttery and yummy I am not going to bother to look for my old recipe. Another home run Paula!

This is so good and so ridiculously easy, I HATE that I know it exists! I made it with 2 bags of microwave popcorn and it's the PERFECT ratio of caramel:popcorn. Because the popcorn was salted, I used a scant teaspoon of salt so it wouldn't be too overpowering. It's so good, every time we take it out of the oven at 15 minutes to stir, my husband and I steal a few bites. Heaven. Next time we're gonna add some peanuts ... and maybe a little chipotle for a warm kick.

Love, love, love this recipe! I have had to make on multiple occasions and many friends keep calling to ask for more. The recipe is great if you use less popcorn. I think I will try to use the Chester's Puff Corn as another reviewer has suggested. You do not know what you are missing if you do not try this recipe!

Delicious! Any recipe from Paula Deen involving a stick of butter is without a doubt bound to be incredible. I like my caramel corn chewy, so I skip the last step of putting it in the oven-this stuff is downright addictive!!
