Great recipe! Never used bacon before in this dish but it turned out really tasty. I've made this twice now!

I've never made fried rice before and thanks to Ming Tsai, I came out like a pro! My husband absolutely loved it. I did add frozen stir fry veggies for a very filling, tasty meal.

This was one of the best fried rice recipes I've made. My son snarfed it down! I didn't have the sausage that was mentioned, so I cut up chicken breast. Then I marinated the chicken in some soy sauce with some of the garlic and ginger. Cooked chicken first and then followed the recipe. It's a keeper! Thanks Ming!

This is how fried rice is done. This recipe is close to my Chinese grandfather's, except that this is the basic fried rice. Add vegetables, spices, or anything else to taste to make this recipe your own.

This was the easiest fried rice recipe ever. The aroma was wonderful and the taste was great. All the ingredients most people already have in their homes. I highly recommend this recipe. It is a keeper!
