This is now my Christmas special item I bring to the table... Last year I made it for "non brussels sprut" eaters and to be nice they all tried it and LOVED it.. how can you not love it?
Very very good and rich.. great for the holidays

I made this as a side dish at Thanksgiving dinner, & everybody raved about it!! I didn't have any sherry so I just added 1/4 c of water to make up for the liquid.I will definetly make this again!

How can you go wrong with these ingredients! Old shoe leather would taste good with this sauce! Made this for Thanksgiving and we loved it. Even mother-in-law who never compliments me said it was good! Watch out reducing cream.. it gets thick fast.

I think that even Brussels sprouts haters will like this, but it is terribly rich. I had bitter sprouts, so that marred the taste a bit, but it's very good. May try adding sauteed mushrooms next time.

Very tasty, but extremely rich- a little goes a long way.
