Fantastic recipe. Wanted something different so made it for Easter. Wasn't sure how it would be received as some family members are picky. Everyone loved it. No leftovers and had several requests for the recipe! Will be making this one over & over. It would also be a refreshing dish for summer.

I love this recipe! Made this for last Thanksgiving as well.Unable to find mango chutney this year so substituted mango salsa and half cup fresh chopped mango. Turned out awesome!

I wish there were more stars. I've been making this recipe for years and it's the one thing my family insist stay the same on our Thanksgiving and Christmas menu. We now go to the 'kid's' house for Thanksgiving, but I still have to bring the sweet potatoes. The really nice think is this recipe is equally good at room temperature.

Just made a small tester batch for Thanksgiving. This is going to be my dish to bring from now on! This was an unexpected tasty dish. A lot of flavors of fall and a great change from mashed sweet potatoes. Loved it!

I made this today to make sure it would be fine for my Thanksgiving guests. Well... it will be so much more than fine. The unusual combination of ingredients results in a wonderful dish that is hard to describe but is out-of-this-world type of delicious! Thanks.

A big hit at the office potluck. I skipped peeling the sweet potatoes, and toasted the pumpkin seeds without the oil. The roasted red pepper seems the one flavor note out of place. I'm going to try making it again tonight with pistachios. I love the sweet and tangy dressing. Great stuff!

I love, love, love this recipe. I have taken it to several parties and everyone wanted the recipe. The only change I made is that I substituted chopped pecans for the pumpkin seeds. My one fear is that somehow I will lose it and never be able to make it again. It is literally one of the best recipes I have ever used and I have a ton of cookbooks. Try it,you will not be disappointed.
