The only change I made to this recipe was to leave out the red peppers and reduce the oil a bit. It does make quite a bit of dressing. I found the salad didn't need much so next time I'll make less of that. This was a wonderful side dish that was very simple to make. I think I'll take this to the next church potluck. I bet no one has had this before!

A wonderful new addition to my Thanksgiving menu. This will be a must have each year. The flavors were wonderful. I substituted roasted pumpkin seeds and then re-sauted them in the olive oil with cayenne pepper and sugar....it was a great twist.

This recipe is to die for. My 8 yr old daughter calls it "heavenly." This will be my third year to make it during the holidays...it has now become a holiday favorite. Many people have asked for the recipe. It's blend of sweet(chutney and cranberrys and tangy(balsamic vinegar flavors along with its herbs and crunchy pumpkin seeds make it really interesting. This one is a winner! Try it...you won't be sorry.

We had this last year for thanksgiving and it ws very good. Surprisly so, because it is not that good looking.
It is a nice twist on the normal sweet potato side dish.
