I have made veal piccata many times in the past, but never something with this much flavor. My fiance and I were fighting over the last piece!

Thanks Emeril! This recipe was wonderful. Added extra capers and served with whole wheat penne. Much better then any restaurant version I've ever tasted. Will definitely make again.

I made this recipe with chicken instead of veal and it turned out really, really good. I made it with a side of Angle Hair Pasta made with a lemon sauce. I didn't have any left overs with this meal.

I did this recipe exactly as written - perrrrrfect! Had all the ingredients prepped and ready to go before I was ready to heat up the stove because it really takes no time at all.

Tasty and very easy recipe. I use this not only to make veal piccata, I also make chicken piccata by replacing the veal with chicken tenderloin medallions. I serve the chicken piccata with angel hair pasta & top with parmesan cheese.

My husband and I loved this recipe. It was easy and as good as any Veal Piccata at a fine restaurant.
