The first time I made this cake it was a hit. By far the best cheesecake recipe I have ever made. Your family and friends will love it.

The lemon zest sparks it up perfectly!

Incredibly delicious... everyone raved about it. Something I would recommend to anyone. Several of my guests requested the recipe. Had a wonderful flavor, the flavor was light and refreshing, great texture, and not too complicated. This is one you must try if you like cheesecake!

Delish, very nice texture as well. I cook it at 250 for 2 hours and leave it in my oven for an hour.

This cheesecake is delicious. I took it to my Christmas dinner and only my pan came back home. It has been requested again this year.

Thank you Ina for another wonderful recipe. This is an excellent cheesecake not too dense yet rich in flavor and texture. I used a 9 1/2" springform pan the first time I made this recipe and I had a few cracks in the cake. Now I use a 9" sprinform pan and this yields a perfect result everytime. I serve this with fresh raspberries and the raspberry sauce recipe from Barefoot Contessa in Paris cookbook.

I always check the reviews before I make a recipe. This one has me scared. Can someone tell me how to fix what seems like a major problem with the topping? I'm dying to try this. I'll check back daily. Thanks

Taste was very good. Recipe is easy. I did not care for the 'runny' topping--next time I would gel it up. Also the cooking time was not sufficient (probably my oven, but will definitelyu make this again. Keeper.

This recipe was out-of-this world, I made it for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. However, I have a problem with the topping. The jelly made the cheesecake soggy, I guess I would make a thickening next time and I also used chocolate graham crackers(used 10 graham and added a few walnuts........ It was out-of-this- world.
