I found this recipe simple to use and the people I served it to gave me complements on its taste. I served it plain with only the strawberry topping on the side.

I tried this and was very happy with it.
I made the strawberry topping which was
very good but it took mine alot longer
to thicken than what the recipe said.
    I would make this again.

the texture and taste of this cheesecake was just perfect, however, i think 12 min at 500 was too much (it got too dark and it also cracked in the middle.

Very good recipe easy to follow, as long as you pre read recipe. Block it out.(step one, two, three etc.

I preferred the strawberry, I find it holds up berry wise under pressure. Bon appetit.

This cheesecake had a great texture and flavor. I was afraid the zest would make it too citrus tasting, but it was great. I made the strawberry sauce. Yummy.

In my search for the perfect cheesecake recipe, I tried this one along with 3 others. And this one came out infused with flavor--citrus-y sweet but still a little tart, just scrumptious!--and the texture was exactly like the cheesecakes you find in classy restaurants like the Cheesecake Factory! Personally, the recipe was a little sweet for me because I try to keep the sugar low in my everyday diet, but I'm sure it's just right for most palates. This recipe made me a believer in "kicking it up a notch" (which previously I had thought was just a marketing ploy. Trust me, Emeril knows his stuff!

This is a great cheesecake. I can not vouch for the toppings because I did not make any of them because my family prefers it without any frills or toppings. This cheesecake has a perfect consistency. The whole family Loved it.
