    I saw this on TV awhile ago and totally forgot to try the recipe out. However, I saw it again today and couldn't resist trying it.
    I was a little anxious about the taste, especially since on of the reviewers found it tasted kinda bland.
    After pureeing the ingredients, I tasted the spread, and found it a little bland. But, I reseasoned it with salt and pepper and added a little more of tomato paste and found it very tasty.
    And I left it on the counter to eat later on and found the taste got better and tastier. Maybe it takes time for the flavors of the veggies to meld together.
    I will definitely make it again. Next time, may add some red pepper flakes for additional kick!

    A great alternative to high fat spreads. I loved it as a sandwich spread too! Tasty and easy to prepare

    This spread is wonderful, easy and delicious. The roasted, smoky flavor is great on baked pita triangles.
