    I am a beginner cook and was easily able to reproduce this recipe...and was it good! My husband and I devoured these rissoto balls... so good! I plan on making them often.

    This was my first attempt at making rice balls and they were delicious. I would say the only problem I had with it was that it did not retain it's ball-like shape once I put it in the pan to brown. The problem may be that I put 3 eggs in instead of 2 due to an error reading it on my part. Will try it again.

    My kids like rice of almost any kind. My 4-year-old saw these 'rice balls' on TV the other day and wanted me to make them. I tried it and everyone in my family loved them - from my 12-year-old to my 1 1/2-year-old. I think they were the most thrilled with the melted cheese in the center. These were so quick and easy to make, I know I will be cooking them often!!
