One of my favorite restaurants in Colorado has the best garlicky ranch dressing. I have been dying to replicate it since I got home and thought this recipe would be just the ticket to do so. Unfortunately, my family and I absolutely hated this recipe. I made it exactly as the recipe dictated and it came out tasting like plain parsley and garlic. The smell of the parsley was so pungent, I actually got a headache whilst blending this dressing. I'm so surprised at the positive reviews. I would not try this recipe again.

I loved the flavor in this dip; however, it was very thin...not creamy at all. I was thinking it was thinner than most dips because it was actually a salad dressing, but it was really even too thin for a good Caesar, in my opinion. So, the next time I made it (I told you I loved the flavor I used about 1/2 the buttermilk and it was GREAT!

Garlic was very strong and would like a creamier dressing. Loved it though!

i consider myself to be a garlic lover...but this dressing was SO garlicy it actually burned my tongue. he's not kidding about "spicy" garlic ranch dressing. i would make it again, but only add half of the garlic.
