    This recipe was easy to make, and great combo for both meat and starch. the second time I made it, I left some of the potatos out and cubed them into small chunks, then added them into the mashed gravy mixture at the end. It gave it a more hearty texture. The nuts are awesome, as they soften up as they cook, giving it a neat texture.

    This dish tasted great and worked well as leftovers. I used far less cayenne pepper then was called for, and also added brown sugar to the gravy to make it sweeter. A word of caution: make sure you have read through all of the directions first, and have pre cut and measured all of your ingredients since the actual cooking part goes really fast. This will save you from burning anything
