This really is a nutritious, delicious, quick cook. My entire family loved it!

We were a little skeptical, but after reading the other great reviews decided to try it!! This was very good, but I thought it was a little sweet (probably the type of tomato sauce I used. Next time, I will try a spicy tomato juice/sauce in it's place!! EXCELLENT!!!

I made this with low carb whole wheat tortillas and low fat cheese to lower the calories and increase the fiber. My family and I enjoyed this as a healthy alternative to chimichangas, but it was not as good as other 30 minute meals. Worth a try, but probably won't become a regular recipe in our house.

This recipe is awesome! If you need less heat try substituting the chiles for 1/2 or a whole small can of green chiles, it's MUCH milder but very tasty. This one is a keeper!

These were awesome! I made them for a dinner party. Everyone loved them and asked for the recipe. I doubled the recipe, made them in the early afternoon, then baked them in the oven for dinner. I will definitely make them again. Believe Rachel when she says the chipotles in adobo sauce are hot, hot, hot!!!

Absolutely delicious, and easy to make! I did wonder about the cabbage, but I should have known better--my kids had no idea there were even vegetables in this!! Great, great, great recipe!!

This is so easy, and so good. You could easily substitute rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, or make it meatless with beans instead. I love using my toaster oven, especially in the summer.
