It sounded a little wacky, but it tastes great! I really don't care for the chipotle flavor so I leave that out. I put green chiles (canned instead and it tasted terrific! I make it frequently.

This recipe was absolutely delicious! Even the pickiest eaters in my house liked them. I substituted half of the turkey for a small can of black beans. I also used 10" tortillas and made about 6 from this recipe, which was a better portion size. I sometimes substitute a block of firm tofu and a small can of black or red beans for the turkey to make GREAT vegetarian chimichangas.

The best part is the turkey/cabbage mixture stores well in a ziplock container in the fridge for a week, and you can plop a big spoonful into a tortilla and pop it in the toaster oven for 15 minutes for a quick lunch. The mixture tastes even better the second day!

I think the recipe looks great, but I'm on a caloric diet and I never see any of Rachael Ray's recipes with a caloric breakdown. Is there some way you can start displaying it with all the recipes? I can't or won't eat it without it.

Very good, except you have to watch the Chipolte. I've encountered some who just do not like any thing that spicy hot.

This was a farley easy recipe to make. I however did not enjoy it. I am not much of a hot food person and spices really get to me. My family did enjoy it very much though.

My family loved this as well as the other menu items fron that episode! I did however substitute ground turkey with seasonings instead of luncheon meat!

My husband loves this dish so much that I made it later in the week for him. He just could not believe the ingredients like the cabbage. I was a little skeptical of the cabbage but this is a great recipe. If love chimichigangas you will love this recipe!!
