    It takes me longer than 10 minutes of prep time to make this, partly because I can't de-leaf the fresh thyme as fast as Rachael can; but the recipe is worth the effort. I have made this soup about 10 times since I discovered it a few months ago, and it is the best! PS. I use 2% milk instead of half-and-half and the soup is just fine. Saves a couple of calories ...
