This is one of my favorites. Sometimes I leave out the chicken and it's just as good. It's what's for dinner tonight too. Thanks, Ina. Your recipes are always a hit with me.

Great! I used almond butter in the dressing and added raw sugar snap peas and napa cabbage also added slivered almonds. Great salad to bring for a bagged lunch stores well. Just add dressing before eating.

Hmmmm....I made a practice recipe tonight-I want to serve it at a luncheon for twelve. I cut the 'practice'recipe in half b/c it is just my husband and myself for testers. I also used rotisserie chicken-using four breasts which maybe yeilded me more meat than I might have had otherwise, so it's maybe a little heavy on the chicken side. I did use Kosher salt but it is a little on the salty side for me-I would like it a little sweeter, so will take advantage of some of the suggestions in the reviews.

This is a great recipe when you're feeding a crowd. The last time I made it, it was for my husband's office. The bowl came back with gnaw marks on the side. I used low sodium soy sauce and still needed to cut back on the salt (but I'm usually feeding a bunch of middle aged hypertensive men!.

This is a wonderful salad and although we have a peanut allergy in our family, I just omit it. The dressing is just as tasty without it. I also add some green cabbage thinly sliced, it adds crunch, it's low in calories and is a wonderful combination with the other ingredients. I use no lettuce at all...yummy. The salad keeps for days as long as you don't add the dressing until ready to serve.

A friend made this for me and I loved it. I made it and the amount of salt was so overbearing in the dressing, I had to toss it all out. I had already cut the amount of salt in 1/2. I will look for a peanut dressing in the store today as I plan to serve this to a friend tomorrow. All my other ingredients are prepped. I was so disappointed with the dressing.

This recipe is great for a smal gathering or just for the week, I actually used a chicken already roasted at the grocery store and really enjoyed the mix of flavors.

Me and my boyfriend made this last night for dinner.. I guess I would say the dressing is interesting. We only added half the garlic clove and that was enough for us. We thought their also was a little too much soy sauce. I will buy premade dressing next time.
