LOVE this recipe! As an alternate way to serve it, once the salad is dressed I've tossed it in a crock pot to warm and then come meal time served it over brown rice. It would also be fabulous served in a lettuce wrap. So good!

I loved this recipe, I have made it three times and this last time I used two peppers, one yellow and one red, just to add more color! I also added more scallions, a good sized bunch. The flavor of this is awesome, and it makes alot, plenty to have leftovers. The last time I made this I served over a chopped salad that had sugar snap peas and grated carrot and chopped celery. I tossed the the baby greens in a Spicy Peanut Dressing, purchased from Trader Joe's and also cooked some fine rice noodles and tossed in the dressing, I served atop the baby greens nest of nodles and then the chicken salad. This salad is great and has been getting rave reviews in my house.

I always use Ina's reecipes when I entertain and this is one of them that make me look like a super star in the kitchen. All my family and friends think that I am a really good cook and that's because of Ina's fulproof recipes. I don't have to alter anything to this recipe. It is perfect just as is. It's always requested by family and friends.

To make life easy I used some leftover roasted chicken that I shredded up. It was a quick and easy make ahead that I sent in lunches the next day inside pita bread. Will make again.

A big party hit which has been "requested" by our family and friends. This salad can be made the day before because the favors get even better when left overnight. A "hint"; follow this recipe to the letter, don't get creative.

This is a phenomenal recipe, and it's unfair to rate it poorly because of your own dietary restrictions or because of a photo mishap. It's wonderful that so many great recipes are available to view online FOR FREE! You have no right to be so outraged at the Food Network or demand that they remove a particular picture. They're providing you a great service for free. You should be grateful for that. If you don't like it, you should definitely start your own website!
Anyways, this recipe is great. It is such a nice change of pace from your standard chicken salad, and everyone in my family loves it. It keeps well in the fridge, and I think the flavor is even better the next day!

Best to leave the dressing off the salad and toss together as you're ready to serve.

This is one of my favorite party recepies, and is always a hit. I like to add more veggies, and serve it over rice.
