I loved so much this broccoli and cauliflower combo in a gratin. I used guyere cheese with the cheddar which added so much to the richness, but not so much that it became overpoweringin cheese or richness. Yummy!

This was delicious. Frozen, thawed and dryed vegetables work great and there is no flavor loss. I put a layer of thawed spinach in the middle and sprinkled on shredded gruyere cheese before adding the bread crumb topping. It was a crowd pleaser

I love all the elements of this recipie, however the overall taste was quite disgusting. I have tried many better varitons of baked cheese/broc/cauli. I had to throw 3/4ths of it out after no one enjoyed the falvors.

way to much work to be done for the flavor, i think i rather steam and just shred cheese over instead of all the that the recipe requires

I made this for a comfort food party where a bunch of friends all made dishes that give you that warm cozy feeling. This was a hit! It has a little bite to it but that gives the dish a twist from the average veggie and cheese dish. Definitely a keeper!

A three plus, the prep is just a bit long for the end result. But not a bad dish.

This is amazingly simple dish to make. A great mix of tastes that work very well together, without over powering the cauliflower. this will quickly become a favorite in my house.

I've made this twice. Sauce was too thin and not "Cheesy" enough the first time. Tweaked it by doubling the cheese and it was perfect!!! I also microwave my veggies for a bit first and drain them.
