It was O.K., kind of one note on the flavor, sauce was overpowering. May make again with some adjustments

For the sauce, it needs to be doubled. I used the juice of both oranges to loosen the sauce. I also used coconut oil instead and this was truly a hit. My boyfriend liked it. It does take longer than 30 minutes, but if you buy the already cut veggies at the grocery store, it does not take long at all

I was looking for a different chicken idea and Rachel came through. I loved this-even when I substituted for ingredients I didn't have. Added chopped asparagus and mushrooms because I had them. Will make it again!

Loved this so much that I had to create an account to review it.
I increased the amounts as I cooked it for about 40 people, was a little light on the orange zest on the rice, but still noticeable.

Because I am a chili head, I had to table side increase the chili peppers and it really brought out the flavor. Suggest that if it a light flavor and you like heat, add more chili flakes, the heat really brings out the flavors.

Little too much orange for us, but my family loved it!

It was different. We thought it was just average. Probably won't make again.

This was wonderful. I think I used a little too much peanut butter because the flavor was a bit overwhelming, but it was really tasty and the instructions are exact. My two year old even ate a little because she knew there was peanut butter in it. =

We loved this dish! it's easy and really has a lot of flavor. We live in Switzerland where I can rarely find snow peas so I substituted frozen stir fry vegetables and it was great. I have stored this away for a simple one dish meal for informal get together with friends. It's definitely guest worthy!
