Very tasty. I recommend doubling the sauce, but cut the red pepper flakes in half for less heat. I also used quinoa instead of rice. It blended very well with the sauce. The prep time is way off--with all the chopping involved, it takes a lot longer than 25 minutes. Maybe Rachael was timing how long it took her staff to prepare everything?

I really enjoyed this dish and so did my family. I think the sauce was a little thick, and wonder if it was my ingredients or what? I would tone it down it bit next time. But everything was very good. Wish that I had made more. Will definitely make again.

Veeeerrrry Good! I followed suggestions and doubled the sauce, which looked like it might be too much, but wasn't. Definitely one of my favorite recipes (out of 100s!!!!!!!!

My family loves this dish. We usually leave the chicken out and add more veggies.

This was so awesome!! What amazing flavor....great thai dish! Definitely a keeper. Hubbie and I loved it. Just substituted regular soy sauce for tamari and made plain white and brown rice for family.
