Tried this recipe earlier tonight and it was absolutely "delish", as Rachael would say. I love all the fresh ingredients included in this stir-fry. After just one or two bites, my husband of more than 11 years told me he thought it was the best tasting stir-fry I had ever made, and I've made many. It was also a hit with my 3-year old son. I especially liked the peanutty sauce and the toppings listed at the end of the recipe. I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone who enjoys dishes with an Asian flair!

I love peanut butter...but this recipe was not good. Don't know what I did wrong. The sauce was tooo peanutty. The chicken was okay...and the rice was bland...love the orange taste but its missing a bit of salt. Probably supposed to be a bit bland since the sauce was meant to compensate. Overall edible but not enjoyable. I also had to add over a cup of water to thin the sauce (didnt have orange juice like someone suggested even with that the taste was overbearing.

I have made this recipe about 8 times now and it is delicious everytime! This also pleases everyone who eats it, great flavors. Not too hard to make, although sometimes the prepping of the veggies can be time consuming so I try and cut corners with already cut carrots and such. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Made this tonight on a whim, since I felt like something with peanut sauce. Absolutely fabulous. The sauce is positively delicious, and is probably the easiest "Asian Style" sauce I've ever made. I would recommend making about 25% more, though, and thinning it just a bit with a few tablespoons of water. Outside of that, it was spectacularly easy to put together. Probably 35 minutes for me from start to finish. I knew it was a winner when the 10 year old asked for seconds - he usually hates being my recipe guinea pig.

Made this last night for my hubby and I and we both thought it was just "OK." The chicken would have been much better had it been marinated....say in minced ginger, garlic, soy sauce, minced green onion, chopped basil/cilantro, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, black pepper. As the recipe is written it is pretty bland. The satay sauce was tasty and saved the dish from complete boredom. Won't be making this one again without modification.

This was so yummy!!!!! My husband and I loved it! Although, I would double the sauce the next time I made it and it definitely took me more than 30 minutes. Still- a great recipe and I definitely recommend it!

This is an amazing recipe! You can taste every ingredient and the chunky peanut butter gives it a nice crunch! My husband and I loved it. The kids on the other hand had a hard time because of the ginger and bells. We had some left over and ate them the very next day. The flavors had time to settle and combine even more! Loved it, loved it, loved it!!!

I absolutely loved it. If you aren't a huge fan of peanut butter I suggest you pass on this recipe. I kept the peanut sauce on the side so I could use in moderation, but it has wonderful flavor. The sauce was a little thick so I thinned it out with some orange juice I had in the fridge. I cooked all of the veggies and chicken in my wok and it turned out delicious. The orange zest in the jasmine rice is so good! I used frozen snap peas and pre-sliced carrots and that really saved me time. From start to finish it took me about 40 minutes.
