I used a really funky pasta for this dish. It's wonderful on the eyes and the taste buds. Loved the crunch and texture. Will make again.

We really enjoyed this salad. It did need more salt, but found it refreshing and we will make it again.

This salad was great. I didn't use the celery and added a couple grilled chicken breasts. This is a great dish for those who are trying to eat healthy and/or struggling with high cholesterol.

two celery ribs are one too much. Otherwise, salad was good. Diced tomatoes come with hot or mild chile peppers. I suggest MILD!

I think this ia a very good salad. I did add a little more vinegar to my taste.

It's my first time cooking, and everyone loved this one. Watch the celery, it adds a very strong taste to the food.

If you choose to make this dish scale back on the garlic considerably. I more than doubled the amount of olive oil and used additional wine vinegar. The addition of onion may help also. This is a relatively low fat pasta salad in that it contains no mayonnaise or heavy dressings, but for me it simply wasn't very appealing.
