    Like everything I try by Emeril, this is the best. This chili is the only chili that I make for my family now. It's the only one they want.

    Chili con carne was OK and so were corn pancakes. If I made it again, I wouldn't put the chili on top of the corn pancake - made the texture soggy and not too good. Next time, I'll just eat it on the side.

    Instead of making the pancake cones we put everything in a wide soup bowl and pilled on the toppings Later we made Nachos using the chili we had earlier. It was so good and the might make corn pancakes were very tasty. Thought they would be good with taco meat instead of taco shell or tortilla.

    Once you've had this chili, no other chili will satisfy you!!!
