This was my first attempt at any kind of wrap. I wouldn't change a thing as it was five stars in my book. The whole family enjoyed this one and I'll save thie recipe for more enjoyable "Wrap Days"

    Thank you Rachael

These were pretty good. Not the best I have ever eaten. It tasted healthy which was good, not crazy about the sauce.

As with other RR meals this one gets 5 stars. They were a bit runny but I think it was because I mixed the salad part ahead. Next time I will whip that up last minute.
Peanut sauce had just the right amount of heat and flavor. Everyone loved it! The bean sprouts added a wonderful crunch and the chicken... ooh! Very, very tasty! I made this on the grill, marinating the chicken while putting the salad together. Wait for the salad, but I would definately say let the chicken marinate for about 15 min before cooking. Stir them often to get all the seasoning evenly coating the chicken. Easy week night meal!

I needed something really quick and this fit the bill. Super simple too. The only problem was that I doubled the sauce as suggested by other reviewers and I found that it made the dish too soggy and way too salty (even though I used low sodium soy sauce. I will make again because everyone seemed to like it, but will use low salt or natural peanut butter. Good recipe, but nothing spectacular.

When I made this, I thought it was delicious. It was fresh and tasty. Even though the peanut sauce didn't come out as I expected, it was still good. My boyfriend didn't care for it too much, but I liked it.

Easy to make. I omit bean sprouts.
    Always a hit.
Kick up the peanut butter sauce with extra cayenne. Substitute sugar with Stevia (truvia or others sweetener, Splenda or Equal works just as well.

I make these all the time! Our family loves them. When it is just my husband & I eating these for dinner, there is always plenty left over. I always double or triple the sauce recipe, and add extra cayenne. The left-over sauce & veggies makes a great vegetarian lunch wrap the next day. This recipe has been in my favorites since the first day I made it. Love them!
